1. Regularly check the connecting parts of all wires of the belt assembly line for reliable and good connection and rust.

2. Regularly check whether the components are assembled well, whether the fasteners are loose, and whether there is any sound of other foreign matters inside the machine body.

3. Before using the equipment, check whether the power supply line in the workshop meets the load requirements required by the equipment; Whether the power supply voltage and frequency are consistent with those specified for the equipment.

4. After the operation of each shift, the sundries under the line body and the main and auxiliary machines shall be cleaned to keep the equipment clean, neat and dry, so as to improve the service life of the equipment.

5. In the process of use, the components shall be placed in place. It is strictly prohibited to put paper scraps, cloth pieces, tools and other non assembly items online to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the production line.

6. Before starting the motor, check whether the reducer in the main drive system has been oiled; If no oil is added, oil or gear oil shall be added above the marking line, and the oil shall be cleaned and changed after being used for about a week.

7. The conveyor belt of the belt assembly line shall be adjusted in time: an adjusting screw is set in the tension device at one end of the line body, and the tightness of the conveyor belt has been adjusted during installation. After a certain period of operation, due to the wear of each rotating part under the long-time tension working condition, elongation will occur. At this time, the purpose of tightening can be achieved by rotating the adjusting screw, but attention shall be paid to proper tightness.

8. The bearing and bearing seat shall be inspected and cleaned every year. If any damage is found and it is unsuitable for use, it shall be repaired or replaced immediately, and the lubricating grease shall be added. The amount of grease added is about two-thirds of the inner cavity.
